Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2024 - 2025 Season

All Arrows Youth Hockey participation fees and tuitions are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances the Arrows Board may, at its sole and absolute discretion, approve a full or partial refund. The Board is under no obligation to approve such refund. All requests for consideration for refunds must be submitted in writing to the President and Treasurer of the Arrows and must be approved by the Board. In the event that Arrows Youth Hockey is cancelled under certain circumstances beyond our control such as COVID-19 concerns and restrictions, the Arrows will pro rate all fees collected net of expenses incurred and refund any excess money. Refunds in this case will be made within 30 days of Board approval. All other refund requests for reasons other than those stated above will be reviewed by the Board on an individual basis.
